Most summer flowers like consistent nighttime temps no lower than 50° . While planting too early may not cause them to die off, it can cause issues like stunted, underdeveloped growth or yellow leaves. New England weather is so risky. Nights have been in the 50s and 40s this week, early next week we’re back in the 80s and by the end of the week, nights are back in the 40s. 🥶☀️🥶☀️🥶

WORTH WAITING FOR Y/N?

Believe me, no one LOVES spring more than me and I’m dying to get planting. But with night temps in Boston at 25° Friday, Saturday and Sunday it’s not worth the stress on the plants. I plant spring, nearly all of April and here’s the thing….some of the most beautiful spring plants are ready mid month. So hang tight we’ll get there!
